Your free consultation includes you providing us with a brief overview of what happened to you.  With this information, we discuss our legal philosophy and how we would approach your case.  It also includes a summary of our firm, our Complete 18-Point Defense Plan, and our fee structure.  It does not include an in-depth consultation or legal advice regarding your particular case, but those services are available for an additional cost.

• Our detailed, in-depth case analysis includes eight additional services.  We review all aspects of the investigation, the police report, expert reports, provide basic legal research, analyze the evidence, and begin developing a game plan.  This option helps you at the very early stages of the legal process for $975, a substantially lower cost than a complete trial defense.
